1. What does the warranty cover?
Our Confidence Plus warranty covers all repairs carried out by our automotive service technicians in any Auto Value Certified Service Centre.
2. How long does the warranty last?
Our guarantee is valid for a period of 24 months or for 40,000 kilometres, depending on which condition is met first.
3. Which locations offer the Confidence Plus program?
Our Confidence Plus program covers repairs performed in any of our 2,900 Auto Value Certified Service Centres across North America.
4. How do I proceed should a problem arise?
If you encounter a problem after getting your vehicle serviced by one of our technicians and the repairs are still under warranty, all you need to do is visit an Auto Value Certified Service Centre near you. 5. Does the warranty also cover auto parts?
Our Confidence Plus program is added on to the warranty already provided by the manufacturer for the auto parts used in the repair service (specific guarantees for each piece will be clearly explained during your service appointment). Our warranty covers the following types of common repairs and services:
