That’s why Auto Value Certified Service Centers offers its Safe Route roadside assistance program and its Confidence Plus warranty to provide you with all the coverage you need to drive with peace of mind and in complete safety.
1. Confidence Plus
All repairs performed at one of our 2,900 Auto Value Certified Service Centers are covered across North America by our Confidence Plus warranty for 24 months or 40,000 kilometres (whichever comes first).
2. Safe Route
Safe Route roadside assistance is a reimbursement program for the following services, valid for 12 months from the date shown on your sales receipt:
- Towing service
- Battery boost
- Assistance in the event of a puncture
- Unlocking service
- Gasoline, oil and water delivery
If a problem arises with a repair we have made, all program members can call toll-free at 1-877-230-0369 for immediate assistance.
